Henry Howard Kessler (Cornell University Class of 1916, M.D. 1919) was an orthopedic surgeon and a medical administrator. He served the United Nations as international consultant on rehabilitation of amputees and people with congenital birth defects. He was a captain in the U.S. Navy, 1941-1945.
